Combined-cycle power plant PGU-60/65
PGU-60/65 is designed to generate thermal and electrical energy. The process of producing electrical and thermal energy is carried out on the basis of a steam-gas cycle using highly efficient gas turbines. Natural gas is used as the main fuel, diesel fuel is used as a backup.
Technical characteristics
Nominal electrical power of the gas turbine unit | 22.5/25 MW |
Electric power of the CCGT unit (condensing mode) | 59.5/65 MW |
Electric power of STU in condensation/heating modes | 13.5/8.0 MW |
Thermal power of CCGT | 37.8 Gcal/h |
Consumption of equivalent fuel for the supply of electrical energy in condensation/cogeneration mode | 271/172 g.e./kW*h |
Advantages
- Short construction and commissioning time - 15-18 months in a “simple cycle”, up to 32 months in a CCGT cycle
- High heating coefficient during the heating period
- Possibility of linking to existing heating networks
- Fuel utilization factor (FUU) in heating mode – 71.5%
- Specific fuel consumption for electricity generation in cogeneration mode – 172 g/kW*h
Application
PGU-60/65 is designed to generate thermal and electrical energy.
Installed capacity of PGU-60/65 is:
- electric - 58 MW1 (with PS-90GP-25) and 65 MW (with PS-90GP-25A)
- thermal - 30 Gcal/h.
The operating mode of PGU-60 is basic. The number of hours of work per year is at least 8000.
Annual energy production by the PGU-60/65 unit will be:
- electric - no less than 463.5 million kW. h.
- thermal - no less than 36.7 thousand Gcal.
