Gas turbine unit GTU-6P
GTU-6P is developed on the basis of the gas generator of the most reliable engine in the history of the domestic aviation industry, the D-30 engine, created for long-haul passenger aircraft such as Tu-134.
Gas turbine units with a nominal power of 6 MW are used as drives for alternating current electric generators as part of the Ural-6000 block-container power plants.
Serially produced since 2002.
