Gas turbine unit GTU-2.5P
GTU-2.5P is developed on the basis of the gas generator of the most reliable engine in the history of the domestic aviation industry, the D-30 engine, created for long-haul passenger aircraft such as Tu-134.
Gas turbine units with a nominal power of 2.5 MW are used as drives for alternating current electric generators as part of the Ural-2500 modular power units, mobile modernized power plants PAES-2500M and EG-2500M.
Serially produced since 1995.
